Controller and contact

UNIK ORIGIN, a SAS with capital of MAD 10,000, Commercial Register 621763 Casablanca, ICE 003474039000044, 105 boulevard Rahal Meskini, 7th floor, apartment 71, 20000 Casablanca, Morocco, controls the processing on the UNIKONLY website. Questions and rights requests: contact@unikonly.com; +212 661 502 658.

Data and purposes

Orders use your identity, contact details, addresses, item references and quantities, amounts, payment status and reference, and necessary correspondence. These support the sale, delivery, invoicing, returns, complaints and mandatory records. Required fields are identified; without them we may be unable to fulfil your request.

An existing account uses sign-in credentials. Technical logs may include IP addresses, dates, browser information and security events to prevent abuse and investigate incidents. The withdrawal form uses your name, email, order number and any details you choose to provide to receive and acknowledge your request. Do not include banking information in messages or this form.

Depending on the purpose, processing supports preparing or performing the contract, legal and accounting obligations, necessary website protection, or your choices where consent is required. Any required consent is separate from accepting the terms of sale and may be withdrawn without preventing a purchase. Automatic Google Ads and Meta tracking are not enabled for visitors at this stage. Purchasing does not subscribe you to a newsletter or automatically upload your identity to an advertising audience.

Payments and recipients

Card details are entered on the CMI/Attijari platform. UNIKONLY receives payment references and results; customer service does not request a full card number or security code.

Within UNIK ORIGIN, the operator alone currently manages customer emails and invoicing. Providers receive data needed for their role: CMI/Attijari and the bank for payments; Aramex for carriage and transport formalities; Hostinger for hosting and technical services; email services for confirmations and support, which may include Google for the operator’s email. Authorised authorities may receive legally required records. Buyers’ details are not needed to display a simple product catalogue.

Voluntarily contacting us on Instagram or WhatsApp also uses Meta services and their own rules. Email and telephone remain alternatives. Google Fonts typefaces may create a technical connection to Google when a page is displayed, separately from advertising tracking.

Retention

We distinguish active use from necessary archiving. Order information remains relevant during fulfilment, returns, guarantees and resolution of a dispute. Invoices, credit notes and supporting records are archived for the periods required by accounting and tax obligations; archived data must not be freely reused for marketing.

Support correspondence is retained to handle the request and, where necessary, establish resulting rights or obligations. Account data supports account use and follow-up; you may request deletion without removing legally required records. Technical logs and backups are limited by security, restoration or evidential needs and providers’ own cycles. Longer retention must respond to an obligation or an identified dispute. We do not promise automatic deletion of every record on one date. The Cookies policy explains the main cookie and local-storage durations.

Hosting and international transfers

The host is Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, Larnaca 6023, Cyprus. The account indicates a main server in France and backups in Lithuania. Hosting and international providers involve processing outside Morocco. Support access, email, social services you choose and international shipping may involve recipients in other countries. Publishing a policy does not replace required processing or transfer formalities; this text does not claim CNDP approval or a registration reference.

Your rights

You may request access, correction and, under applicable conditions, object to processing or request erasure. Consent may be withdrawn where processing relies on it. Other mandatory rights, including restriction and portability where the GDPR applies, remain available. Write to contact@unikonly.com. Proportionate verification may be necessary, without routinely requesting an identity-document copy. Erasure cannot remove records that must legally be retained.

You may complain to the Moroccan CNDP and, where applicable, the competent authority in your country. No mandatory remedy is excluded.

Cookies and security

“Manage my cookies” lets you change optional choices. Administrative access is limited to authorised persons’ needs. Security measures reduce risks without guaranteeing absolute security. Questions or suspected incidents: contact@unikonly.com.
