Prices and delivery country

Prices, taxes and delivery charges are calculated according to the delivery address entered at checkout. They are summarised before payment. The display currency or billing country does not replace the delivery address.

For delivery within Morocco, product prices include Moroccan VAT at 20% and delivery is free.

For delivery outside Morocco, the export price is calculated by removing the Moroccan VAT included in the VAT-inclusive price (VAT-inclusive price divided by 1.20), where the conditions for export exemption are met.

For a selected international destination, the per-item price includes this export price and the item’s delivery charge, then is rounded up to the next dirham. This rounding forms part of the price actually invoiced, before any discounts. In the bag and at checkout, when a rate is available, delivery is included in displayed prices: it is not added a second time. A breakdown remains available; the invoice separates items and delivery charges.

Delivery charges per item

Delivery charges depend on the destination country and model. The allowance includes transport, fuel surcharge and transit insurance. It is calculated per item, with one parcel per item, and included in the displayed export price once the destination is selected. Charges add up for each unit ordered. The final total is shown before payment. Delivery within Morocco is free.

Customs duties and taxes at destination

Any customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges in the destination country are payable by the buyer. They are not included in the total paid to UNIKONLY.

These amounts may be collected separately by the competent authorities or carrier. Their amount depends on the destination country’s regulations. The delivery charges stated above do not constitute advance payment of import duties and taxes.

Available destinations

Destinations offered at checkout correspond to enabled delivery zones. Excluded countries and destinations with no service offered cannot be selected for delivery. Restrictions may also depend on a region, postcode, product type or import formalities. For a particular destination, contact us before ordering.

Payment and currencies

Orders, payments and invoices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Conversions into euros, dollars or another currency are indicative only and rounded up to the next whole unit for readability. They do not affect the amount invoiced in MAD; estimates for rounded line items may differ from the estimate for the total. The conversion actually applied by the buyer’s bank may differ.
